Heyooo! It's been quite a while since I've written, but here I am, Miss Pinky, the Minister of Pink, the Mistress of Mauve, the ambassador of all things PINK. And Perfy's been at it again.
That's the photo I snapped after Perfy got back from his time travel adventure. Remember when Perfy and I traveled into the future? Well this time he traveled into the PAST, but he wouldn't take me with him! So I guess I'm just gonna have to guess what he did.
You see, he'd been studying about historical figures in school and wanted to go back in time to meet Albert Einstein, Napolean, and Joan of Arc, so I have a feeling that's exactly what he did.
Since it's FRIDAY, and I promised Roary I'd have a contest for The Daily Growl, I figure it'd be fun to have a VERY short story contest.
Here's how to enter:
* Write a VERY short story about Perfy's adventure. Which historical figures did he meet and what did they do?
* Post your story as a COMMENT on THIS blog
* Bonus points if you show how BRAINY you are about certain historical figures!
The winners will have their stories posted in The Daily Growl and will receive an ENORMOUS Rox Prize.

The Moshi Forum - A Newbie's Guide To Posting Posted by Roary Scrawl on November 05, 2009
The Moshi Forum has recently gotten a makeover. It's so streamlined now! I figured since some of you might not know the ropes yet, I'd post a little guide for ya. I was a n00b once too ya know!
The first thing you gotta do is get to the Forum. You can get there by either clicking the Furi (above) or by clicking "Forum" at the top of your screen. Next, you gotta figure out what you wanna talk about.
Let's say you're new and you want to expand your Friends Tree. Do you see the category "Monstro City Welcoming Committee"? That's a GREAT place to find friends.
If you want to start your own discussion, click on "New Discussion" on the left. Enter your discussion topic, add a comment to kick off your topic and click "Start Discussion." It might take a while for your discussion to appear (that's because the Moshi staff has to make sure it's ok first) and then you'll have new friends commenting before you know it!
If you want to post a comment on someone else's Discussion (I recommend Bootsy's Introduce Yourself Here Quiz) just click on it, scroll to the bottom, and write your comment. Click "Add Your Comment" and you'll see it appear in no time.
Make your comments stand out by using COLOR! Bold, italics, and underline are also fun. Not to mention EMOTICONS!!!
Some folks have figured out ways to make their text even MORE unique, or even invisible. You'll have to ask around at the Forum to figure that out!

Thanks to everybody who submitted stories for our first ever Roving Reporter contest! We got a TON of entries, so even if your story didn't win, it was totally awesome and I read every single one. These eyes are good for somethin'! PLUS, everybody who entered will find a FREE Spider Dartboard in their inventory.
Ok, so now without further ado… here it is - The winning Halloween story! It was written by Multicoloredawesome.
Its claws began to grow, its hair began to bristle, its fangs got sharper… it's, it's, it's a WERE-MOSHI!
"Ahh!" My poppet screamed. Hoho and I ran as fast as we could to get away from that scary monster. It all started when we were walking home from Yukea, and we decided to take a rest. I saw a patch of brown fur thinking it was a soft rug to lay on, so I sat on it, then it started to move!
I jumped off and backed away as I started to realize that was not something cute and furry! It was a WERE-MOSHI! I had no idea how it got onto Main Street, but that didn't matter! What really mattered was my life!
I picked up Hoho and we ran all the way home. We ran into the house, locked the door, and shut all the windows. We couldn't believe we saw a Were-Moshi and fell into a deep sleep. We slept for hours but something started shaking me! It was the Were-Moshi! How did it get into our house?
I screamed so loud the windows broke! I somehow got hold of the Were-Moshi's head and lifted it up! What I found was a real surprise. It was our neighbor Kevin dressed up as a Were-Moshi! "What are you doing Kevin?" I asked. "I was trick or treating!" he replied. That explains why we saw a Were-Moshi on Main Street!"

In parts 1, 2, and 3 we learned all about Super Moshis. But we never did figure out how they got trapped inside that mysterious glowing rock all those years ago. It must've been they just fancied a snooze. Who can blame 'em! Hey, I was thinking, since all of YOU are so super, how would YOU like to become a Super Moshi?
"But Roary," you're wondering, "what do Super Moshis do, and what do we have to do to become one?"
As a Super Moshi, it will be your job to:
* Be a SUPER role model
* Meet and greet new monster owners by friend requesting them and sending them a welcome message on their Pinboard
* Help answer questions at the Moshi Forum
* Read The Daily Growl every day (hopefully you do that already!)
* Hype up Moshi contests in the Forum and on your Pinboard
To become a Super Moshi, you must:
* Be an active contributor of blog comments
* Post lots of stuff in the Moshi Forum
* Have never been suspended from Moshi Monsters
* Be at least level 10
* Be a Moshi Member (to help everybody, you'll have to have access to ALL of Monstro City)
* Fill out the Super Moshi Application and take the Super Moshi Big 10 Quiz by clicking the Apply Now button below
That doesn't seem so bad, does it? Think you have what it takes? Go for it! And don't worry, you won't have to wear underwear outside of your clothes. Unless you really want to.
The application will only be up for one week. We will announce the Super Moshis in November.
