100,000th Monster Owner Arrives! Posted by Roary Scrawl on May 27, 2008
Happy Tuesday everyone,
We're pleased to announce that cazzy22 is the 100,000th registered Monster Owner at Moshi Monsters. Cazzy22 unsuspectingly adopted a katsuma on Sunday, May 25th around 3:15pm EDT (New York time) - the next thing we knew, all sorts of bells and whistles and confetti and alarms were going off all around Monstro City. It was like New Year's Eve at Times Square - lots of joy and noise and stuff thrown about. Luckily, cazzy22 couldn't hear a thing as they were on the other side of the Monitor looking in, instead of on our side looking out.
So, congrats to you cazzy22 and your lovely katsuma. And congrats to everyone at Monstro City who has adopted monsters. We're well over 100,000 monsters now. Pretty soon, we'll be our own universe.

I think that if tyhe city gets expanded, we ahould have a mall and there should be a minigame where you have to serve Moshi Monsters in a resturaunt and you can earn rox. There should also be a shop for the Dress Up and more furniture and food stores. I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT 100,000 PEOPLE HAVE ADOPTED MOSHI MONSTERS!!! So let's see...first question answered - is Monstro City expanding? Well well welly welly well dum dee dum...mebbe, just mebbe. We'll be putting up a new blog tomoz with some secret screenies I took while in the Mind Candy office this week. QQ
How do you become MOTW (Monstar of the Week)? That's a toughie. We're still building the game so at this point, I use all my eyes to look at tons of rooms and Monsters. If their health is pretty good, then they have a good chance. If their owners post in the Blog, their chances are even better.
Okay, now I'm running over to the other blog to see what's going on there (the Dress Up blog). TTYT!

You can click on the door in your monster's room to get to Monstro City. Then use the scroll arrows to move around :) There are fun things in Monstro City and soon we'll have even MORE fun in Monstro City. Watch this spot . <-- that one right there... for more info.
