Hey! That story was great! I thought my story was good... until i read this one! I love the idea that the monster was just your freind, and it was halloween. There was only one flaw; you could have mentioned that you were going home to get on a haloween costume too. It was halloween and you should have been trick or treating. It was great though. Good job.

Since the next big holiday is Thanksgiving, it should be the next topic.

For example users could submit a story about that topic just like this Halloween one.

Or a personal story about a memorable Thanksgiving they had. It could be a funny story about a Thanksgiving they had.

Or they can make up an interview. They could perhaps interview a farmer and how he is getting ready for this coming holiday. They could also interview a turkey! Who knows? The ideas are endless.

firstly, one should be about a haunted Christmas because everyone is getting very good at doing haunted ones and the know how to grove.

Secondly' we can write about Anzac day. Who cares if it's next year still we can share are feelings about it and get things off our chests about or loved ones who died.

Next, we can talk about thanks giving and say who we want to say thanks and one of them could be you Roary Scrawl. It could even be the whole of Monstro city.

Last but not least, my last one is a Love Story because boys need to suck up and try and write a Love Story like us girls here. Be a man boys!!!

I think the next theme should be like a sports day mania! All the monsters compete.
1. My ...... was just behind the finish line when
2.On the podium my monster was just about to get his/her medel and.....
3. We had just arrived when we realised something was diffrent nobody was there...
4.My monster friends and I were just celebrating our winnings of 50 free slops when something yellow started ozzing out of one of the slop boxes....

Wow, what a fanstastic story! There was lots of description in that story, and i congratlate you. The Were-Moshi sounded VERY scary, and you deserve the prize. I wouldn't like to run into a Were-Moshi on a dark evening would you?! Everyone loves Christmas! It would be fun if we did this! The starters could be...

I woke up in the morning to find that all my presents were gone! There was a note which said, "Thanks for the presents! Love the moshling crew" ...

I went to buy my monster a present, but no-one was in the shops, playing on the street or in their homes...

I woke up in the night and heard a bang, went down stairs, and the cheeky goblin was trying to steal my presents!....

I was on the bus and suddenly, the bus driver furi, said we were going to see Santa! ...

I think that they should make a underground disco NEXT and everyone is invited. the disco would be put on the map and only should be used on special ocassions. At the disco there would be drinks and food. Every would dance and be able to chat to each other. I think the next Roving Reporter challenge should be the countdown to Christmas as it is in a month's time. It could be about a grumpy monster trying to wreck Christmas and the reporters only have 23 days to write a review on one of three suspects who fit the culprit's looks.
The reporters must explain why they have chosen this monster and how they have used the evidence from the police-moshis to back up their answer.

I really like the roving reporter assignments. They're a great way for kids to express themselves creatively. I think that the next assignment should be about a serious issue, like cyberbullying, so the kids can learn all about it and what to do if they are ever cyberbullied.

i think there should be one on new years and the 4th of july! On the 4th of july story enterings could ask for a story about the biggest, coolest, and brightest fireworks ever!! The New years story could ask for a great story on how people in different countries made their new years resolution! It would really let our imagination go wild!!

I think it should be about Christmas, because that occasion happens all around the world. Thanksgiving we shouldn't do, there's no such thing as that in my country, New Zealand.

But........if you don't like that idea, we could write a story about whatever we want! We could comment to give suggestions for a starter! Or, will it be easier if I just chose them? You decide!

Great story! Maybe it could be about X-mas and when the little eleves and Santa are working harder cause tommorrow is X-mas, A giant snowball comes down the hill and lands on Santa's factory and blocks all the doors and windows. The snowball came from 2 zommers trying to make the worlds biggest snowman but the base rolled down the hill and hit Santa's factory. Now nobody will get there Slime covered Eyepop. What will the monsters of Monstro City do to get Christmas back up and running?
