Kickstarter Questions:
1. When do invites for the Secret Moshling Society go out?
You’ll get a survey at the end of the Kickstarter where you can enter your details. This is how we (Mind Candy) will collect everything we need to send out your rewards. We’re hoping to send these out the week commencing 22nd September.
2. How do I submit my entries for items such as Design a Moshling, Name in the Game, Community Voted etc.?
When we send the survey, it will include all the details on how to submit your entries. You’ll be able to provide your information when the time comes.
3. Is the Gilbert figurine an actual figure or an in-game statue?
It’s an actual figure you’ll be able to get once the Kickstarter wraps up. Just a heads up that shipping isn’t included. Please note, these are still in the works, we’ll send your digital code as soon as he is available.
4. How do I order my rewards from the eStore?
Once your items are ready, we’ll send you a digital code to use on the Mind Candy store. You’ll then be able to place your order there. Please note that shipping and any customs fees are not included and will need to be covered by you.

6. Can I combine the shipping of my rewards?
We hope to offer the option to combine shipping. Please note that if you choose this, all of your rewards will be shipped together (with the exception of print-on-demand items such as clothing and accessories). We would suggest to wait for all of your item codes before placing an order.
Add-ons and rewards like figurines, sticker sheets, and keyrings will be produced in stages. If you combine shipping, we’ll wait until everything is ready before sending them in one parcel. If you’d prefer not to wait, you’ll need to order each item separately so they can be shipped as they become available.
7. What happens with my in-game rewards?
Your in-game rewards will be delivered much closer to the launch date. Don’t worry, we won’t forget, they’ll be waiting for you when the game goes live!
8. Why do you need my address if I’m ordering from the store?
We ask for your address so we can plan shipping and fulfilment properly, and to ensure everything is processed correctly.
9. What happens if I make an error on my order?
Once your order is submitted, we are generally unable to make changes, and some items are printed on demand. There may be a short window where we can catch it, but this cannot be guaranteed. It’s very important to double-check all details before submitting your order.
We may be able to make minor changes, such as updating a shipping address, if we’re notified quickly, but we cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to catch orders before they’re shipped.
Game Questions:
1. When will the new game be released?
We are aiming for a full public release in May 2027 on PC and Mobile, with Early Access available for backers from July 2026!
2. Is this the same game as the original?
It will feel just as Moshi-fied! We’re starting off with a smaller version of the game, and while some loved features may return later, the heart and soul of Monstro City will be there. We’ve freshened up the artwork too – it’s looking better than ever, and we think you’ll love it!
3. What platforms will the new Moshi Monsters be available on?
Our big mission is to bring Moshi Monsters back to life on PC & mobile – (iOS and Android!) But the adventure doesn’t stop there… Later on, we'll look at a console version. The more fans who get involved, the bigger and better the Moshi Monsters comeback will be!
4. Will I be able to use my old account?
We’d love to say yes, but when the original game closed in 2019, all account data was lost. The good news is your Moshlings have been lovingly cared for… until the great Flash-teroid hit and they escaped! That means you’ll get the joy of collecting them all over again – and let’s be honest, that’s half the fun, right? If you pledge for Early Access, you can also secure your old username and start testing the game before everyone else. A real win-win!
5. Will there be new Moshlings?
To start with, we’re bringing back the first set of 10 Moshlings – the ones you know and love! But don’t worry – more could be on the way as we reach our goals and unlock new surprises together!
6. How will the game be paid for long-term?
We hope to launch as a freemium game, with in-app purchases for things such as Rox.
7. Is there a Membership/subscription planned?
Not as it stands, see above. This is all still being worked on, but this is the current plan.
8. Will there be any new content in the game?
We are currently working on restoring the old features of Moshi Monsters back however, new content may come in the future.

1. Will you bring back merchandise?
You bet your Rox we will! We’ve set up our brand-new Moshi store right now – starting with snazzy apparel and cool accessories. But that’s just the beginning! We absolutely want to bring back collectibles, trading cards, and all the goodies you remember (and love). Keep your peepers peeled for updates – the merch magic is just getting started!
2. I heard you might be hiring?
We’re not hiring at the moment, but when we are, we’ll share roles on our LinkedIn page. In the meantime, feel free to send your CV, a bit about yourself, and your skillset to info@mindcandy.com, and we’ll be happy to keep it on file.
