Prices and payment methods
Mind Candy determines the prices of memberships currently at Moshimonsters.com and reserves the right to change them from time to time.
Moshimonsters.com memberships can currently be purchased online in pounds sterling (GBP) for customers in the UK and Europe, and United States dollars (USD) for customers in the US and the rest of the world through the Moshimonsters.com website.
Membership cards can be purchased at participating retailers. Membership cards have no expiration date.
Mind Candy accepts a variety of different payment methods and will continue to expand the range in the future, locally available forms of payment will be displayed within the payment process.
Membership fees will include sales tax or VAT as appropriate and in accordance with local regulations.
Customers purchasing membership by credit or debit card in US Dollars at moshimonsters.com will be contracting with Mind Candy Inc.
Currently, credit card purchases are processed through partnerships with secure payment processors. Membership purchases made online at Moshimonsters.com will be displayed on the customer's billing statement as "MCL*MOSHIMONSTERS.COM", "MCI*MOSHIMONSTERS.COM", or "PAYPAL *MOSHIMNSTRS".
Membership fees will be converted to local currency at the time of online purchase by the customer's financial institution or credit provider.
Moshimonsters.com memberships will become available as soon as possible after online purchase or membership card activation.
Additional fees
Additional fees for online purchases at Moshimonsters.com may be charged by credit card providers for cross border transactions.
None of these fees are received by Mind Candy or are the liability of Mind Candy.

Credit card security
Mind Candy uses a third party payment provider and therefore does not store any credit card or bank account information.
The payment provider is subject to regulation by the British Financial Services Authority (FSA).
All credit card and bank account information is stored by the payment provider solely in encrypted form in a high security computer centre on servers that are not connected to the internet.
All collection and storage of sensitive information by the payment provider conforms to the requirements of the Data Protection Act.
Approval by person liable for payment
Permission from a primary account holder must be gained prior to making purchases online at Moshimonsters.com.
If permission has not been gained, Mind Candy reserves the right to cancel membership accounts linked to unapproved purchases.
Refunds
Moshimonsters.com memberships are non refundable and non transferable.
Changing membership package
Membership packages can only be changed through cancellation and renewal, not transferral.
Membership expiry
All one month and six month Moshimonsters.com membership packages purchased online at Moshimonsters.com automatically renew to ensure uninterrupted service.
Twelve month Moshimonsters.com membership packages purchased prior to Tuesday 8th December 2009 automatically renew to ensure uninterrupted service. Twelve month Moshimonsters.com membership packages purchased after this date will not automatically renew.
Moshimonsters.com memberships purchased with membership cards will not automatically renew.
Membership cancellation & renewal
Moshimonsters.com memberships can be cancelled at any time through our online cancellation service or by contacting our customer service team at members@moshimonsters.com.
Cancelled memberships will continue for the full period of the package purchased.
Moshimonsters.com memberships can be renewed at any time through our online membership service.
Mind Candy reserves the right to cancel a paid up membership without a refund upon breach of the Rules and/or Terms and Conditions of the site.

Membership benefits upon membership expiry/cancellation
Membership benefits will be stored and reinstated upon membership renewal.
Membership card activation
Problems with membership card activation should be directed at the participating retailer where the membership card was purchased.
